Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Important Notice — Refund Policy

If any of the above applies, please contact us immediately upon receipt with clear photos and a description of the issue. Once verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges
For non-defective items, we do not offer refunds, but exchanges may be accepted if the return conditions are met.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if approved) and place a new order.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery.
However, refunds will only be issued if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Otherwise, store credit or exchange may be offered at our discretion.
Refunds for Defective Items
Once we receive and inspect the returned defective item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or card issuers may take additional time to process the refund.
